Notification settings are a crucial aspect of managing AI-powered chatbot interactions. They allow you to stay informed about significant activities and statuses within your chatbot service. By configuring notifications, you can receive updates through email, ensuring you are always aware of important events like new leads or system statuses.
- Instant Lead Notification: This notification sends an email alert each time a new lead is captured by the chatbot. To enable this, input the email addresses where you wish to receive the notifications.
- Low Message Credits Notification: Receive an email notification when your message credits are running low. This is essential to ensure that your chatbot service continues without interruption.
- Emails: You can add email addresses to receive notifications. Enter the email address in the provided field and click "Add." You can add up to three emails for each type of notification.
- Save: After adding the desired email addresses, click the "Save" button to apply and activate the notifications.
- Availability: Notifications are only available for subscribed users. If you see a note stating that notifications are not available for your current plan, you will need to upgrade your subscription by clicking the "Upgrade" button.
- Determine which notifications are relevant to you.
- Enter the email address where you want to receive the notifications.
- Click "Add" for each email you enter.
- Review your list of emails to ensure they are correct.
- Click "Save" to activate the notifications.
If you are using the chatbot for lead generation, the Instant Lead Notification will alert you as soon as a potential customer engages with the chatbot, allowing for swift follow-up. Similarly, the Low Message Credits Notification ensures that you are alerted before the credits run out, preventing any service disruption.
Active notifications will continuously monitor the chatbot activities based on your settings and will send updates to the configured email addresses.
