Set the name of your chatbot and a brief description that will be displayed at the top of the chat window.
These are the messages that your chatbot will display as soon as a user opens the chat window. You can set up to three initial messages to greet your users and guide them on how to interact with the chatbot.
Define up to five suggested messages that will appear as quick replies for the user to select. These can help steer the conversation and provide a smoother experience.
Choose between a Light, Dark, or System default theme to match the overall look and feel of your website or app.
Select a primary color that complements your brand identity. This color will be used for the chatbot's header, footer, and other accent elements.
